Injection of botulinum toxin under the skin to paralyse muscles of the face to prevent the skin wrinkling. It takes 14 days to have full effect, and lasts approximately three months.
Our muscles are all different, some stronger, weaker, longer, shorter, thicker, thinner, you get the gist. This means the amount of toxin needed and number of areas needing to be covered, will be different for each individual.
